Privacy notice

This notice covers crownandcanopy.llc, run by Crown & Canopy (2057 Holdings LLC) (“we”, “us”). It explains what we collect through this website, our contact form and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you send us on the contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, your message, and whether you ticked either text-message consent box.
Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.
Visit information, from three analytics tools described below.

Analytics and cookies

Our own first-party analytics (served from t.2057hldgs.com, run on Cloudflare) records each page view: the page address and title, the website that sent you here (name only), screen width, phone or computer, country (worked out from your IP address), and a one-way code that lets us count unique visitors for a single day. It sets no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page loads and page speed in aggregate, without cookies.
HighLevel website tracking (our customer-relationship software, also called LeadConnector) records the pages you visit on this site and sets a first-party cookie (named lc_session_…) so that, if you send the contact form, we can see how you found us. HighLevel’s form may also set cookies it needs to protect against abuse.

We don’t use advertising cookies, and none of these tools follows you to other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up and confirm estimates and appointments, and provide the services you ask for. We use visit information to understand how people find and use the site and to improve it. We don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Crown & Canopy (2057 Holdings LLC) related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders and service notifications. We send marketing and promotional texts, such as offers and updates, only if you also tick the separate marketing consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We don’t share your SMS opt-in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose.

Service providers who run things for us: HighLevel (contact form, customer records, text messages, website tracking), Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot protection and analytics), and the phone carriers and messaging providers that deliver texts.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Crown & Canopy, our customers or others.
A buyer or successor, if all or part of the business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
Cookies: block or delete them in your browser.
Your information: to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send us a note through the contact form or write to us at the address below.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We’ll update this notice when we add new tools, such as phone, chat or advertising tags, and change the date at the top.
